  The doctors are brilliant, our only big issue is that there is an elder lady on reception who is quite grumpy when she talks and seems not to understand what you want from her...
  Last time she was dealing with my other half and instead of listening what she says she was just keep moaning about that she has to go home because she finished her shift...
  Very unprofessional way to treat people. Other than that the appointment system is very bad as if you don't get through the line at 8.00 Am then likely you will not get an appointment for the day.
  The other receptionists are brilliant and very helpful so overall we do prefer it.
